A resistance band is an elastic band used for strength training. They are also commonly used in physical therapy, especially patients recovering from muscular injuries, to allow the slow rebuilding of strength.
N.B:
- The Black Colour Bands, is a set of 5 x 30 lbs — Total resistance 150 lbs.
Use 1 or 2 resistance bands for a lower intensity strength workout and 5 if you want a high resistance workout.
- The Coloured Resistance Bands instead, is a set of 5 for a total of 100lsb resistance tubes.
