A yellow lifeguard t-shirt made for a full shift on the poolside. Bright lifeguard yellow so swimmers can spot you from the far end of the pool, with red embroidered branding front and back rather than a print that cracks and peels after a few washes.
The chest carries a small embroidered Swimcore wave logo in lifeguard red. It is stitched, so it keeps its shape and colour through chlorine, sun and the weekly wash.
We wear these on our own poolside at our Mill Hill swim school, so they are made for working lifeguards, swim teachers and pool staff. Pair it with our red lifeguard shorts for the full yellow and red lifeguard uniform.
Across the shoulders, LIFEGUARD is embroidered in large red capitals with the Swimcore wordmark underneath. It reads clearly from across the pool hall, so swimmers and parents know exactly who to go to.
Who is the lifeguard t-shirt for?
Pool lifeguards, NPLQ candidates starting their first job, swim teachers, leisure centre staff, open water safety crews and swimming clubs who want smart, recognisable lifeguard clothing that holds up to daily use. One adult unisex cut is worn across our whole team.
Look closely and you can see the stitch work. This is proper embroidery, not a heat transfer, which is why we call it our premium lifeguard top.
The fabric is a lightweight textured knit that lets air through, which matters on a warm pool deck. The cut is a classic crew neck with short sleeves in a standard UK fit, with enough room to move, kneel and reach without riding up.

Chest is the body measurement around the fullest part of your chest, with the tape level and snug but not tight. Length runs from the highest point of the shoulder seam to the bottom hem, shoulder width is seam to seam across the back, and sleeve length is from the shoulder seam to the end of the sleeve. All measurements are approximate and may vary by 1 to 2 cm.
The top is a standard UK men's and unisex fit. Choose your usual size for a regular fit, or go one size up if you want it looser over a costume or rash vest. Unsure? Email us your chest measurement and we will tell you which size to order.
