At Swimcore, our goal is to provide reliable and efficient shipping services worldwide. We work with trusted suppliers, manufacturers and courier partners to ensure orders are processed and delivered as smoothly as possible.
Order Processing
All orders are subject to verification, quality control and packaging prior to dispatch.
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 working days by our warehouse and fulfilment partners prior to dispatch. During busy periods, launches or public holidays, processing times may occasionally be extended.
UK delivery usually takes approximately 3–5 working days after dispatch.
Shipping Times
International delivery times vary depending on the destination country and courier service selected at checkout. Most international orders arrive within approximately 5–7 business days after dispatch, although delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing, local courier operations or external factors outside our control.
Please note that shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery times.
International Customs & Returned Shipments
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered can be legally imported into their destination country and for complying with all local customs regulations, import requirements, taxes, duties and certification requirements.
International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, VAT, taxes or additional clearance procedures depending on the destination country.
If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, delayed by customs, or returned due to:
- customs restrictions,
- unpaid import duties or taxes,
- incorrect shipping information,
- failed delivery attempts,
- or carrier refusal,
Swimcore reserves the right to deduct all incurred costs from any refund issued, including but not limited to:
- original shipping fees,
- return shipping charges,
- customs charges and duties,
- rerouting fees,
- storage fees,
- and courier handling charges.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
Refunds for returned international shipments will only be processed once the goods have been received back and inspected.
High-value electronic and communication products may be subject to additional customs restrictions depending on the destination country.
