Womens Thermal Swimsuit Long Sleeve, the Cressi Termico is shaped like a classic one piece swimming costume and made from 2 mm double-lined Ultraspan neoprene. It is built for swimming, snorkelling and open water, and it keeps you far warmer than a Lycra costume once the water turns cold.

The long sleeves give more coverage than a sleeveless suit, and covering your arms means improved thermal efficiency on a cold swim. The front zip fastening runs down the chest, so the suit is easy to get on and off, even with cold hands. The high stretch neoprene leaves your shoulders free to move through the stroke, and flat-lock seams keep it strong and comfortable against the skin.

How warm is this long sleeve thermal swimsuit?

It is a good deal warmer than a standard swimming costume, which is what 2mm of double-lined neoprene and full length sleeves are for. How long you stay comfortable depends on the water temperature, the conditions and you. Cressi does not publish a temperature rating for the Termico, and we will not quote a figure we cannot stand behind. For British open water in the colder months, many swimmers still wear a full wetsuit.

What is the difference between this and the sleeveless Cressi Termico Lady?

Both are 2mm neoprene one piece suits with a front zip. This version adds long sleeves to cover your arms, which suits swimmers who feel the cold or want their arms covered while snorkelling. The sleeveless Termico Lady keeps the shoulders bare and works better as a layer under a full wetsuit.

Can I wear it for open water swimming and snorkelling?

Yes. Cressi designed the Termico for swimming, snorkelling and general water sports, in the pool or in open water. The zip fastening sits at the front, so you can get in and out of it on the beach without help.

What size neoprene swimming costume should I order?

The neoprene has plenty of stretch, so most swimmers take their usual costume size. The size chart above covers XS to XL; if you need a 2XL or you are between sizes, send us your measurements and we will talk it through before you order.

How long does UK delivery take?

We ship from UK stock and delivery is free on orders over £100. If your order is delayed it is because that size has sold out and is being replenished, and that will take no longer than 10 working days.
